Since we spend so much time upright, our feet are the main contact we have with the earth. This contact is vital to our health, but of little help if we do not live IN our feet!
Let’s explore some of the wonderful sensations in our feet, toes, and ankles. Find how you can relax, open, strengthen, and flow more happily through them as you walk, dance, run or just stand. And then of course, with more awareness in them, how they can enhance our practice.
Finally, let’s find a way down into our feet to breathe . . . because the more you get to know those little places in your toes, the finer tuned will be the notes played by the breath in your nose!
