Every class will include time to breathe, move, discover, meditate, and rest deeply. \u00a0We will\u00a0explore how we feel our practice, a way to receive instead of giving away ourselves, and how to acquire strength and flexibility with Loving Kindness and Fun!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
